These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Aw Snap! Bay Area (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our photo booth services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Booking & Payment

• A signed contract and deposit (if required) are necessary to secure your event date.

• Full payment is due before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 30 days of the event may result in a partial or no refund.

• If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the booking.

 

3. Event Requirements

• The client must provide a 10ft x 10ft space, access to power, and WiFi (if required for sharing features).

• The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows photo booth services.

 

4. Use of Photos & Videos

• Guests using the photo booth agree that their photos/videos may be uploaded to an online gallery.

• Aw Snap! Bay Area may use event photos/videos for marketing unless the client opts out.

 

5. Liability & Damages

• We are not responsible for technical failures due to power outages, internet connectivity issues, or equipment malfunctions.

• The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests.

 

6. Service Modifications

 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
